Dita Bruijn

Dita Bruijn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation, operations, and management within the logistics and shipping sectors. Currently serving as Head of Transformation and Head of Terminals at DFDS since May 2023, Dita previously held the position of Director North Sea at P&O Ferries, overseeing multiple ports and freight routes. Dita's background includes senior roles at CEWEZ and PortXchange, as well as significant contributions to the Port of Rotterdam, where Dita led the Port Call Optimization project. With a solid foundation in continuous improvement and operational excellence from tenure at Damco, Kuehne + Nagel, and AP Moller Maersk, Dita holds a Master's degree in Shipping, Logistics, and Business as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, and Languages from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
