Evren Serindag

Evren Serindag, Ph.D., serves as the Head of Talent and Organisational Development for Global Crewing at DFDS since April 2019, after holding roles as a Learning and Development Consultant and HR Manager within the same organization. Prior to DFDS, Evren worked at Renault as a Learning and Development Executive from November 2013 to April 2019 and at Hyundai Motor Company as a Learning and Development Consultant from May 2010 to October 2013. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Yeditepe University (2018-2022), a Master of Science in Management from the University of South Wales (2008-2010), and a degree in Business Administration from Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) (2002-2006).
