Gislene Alves has extensive experience in customs and compliance, currently serving as Head of Customs Continent at DFDS since October 2018. Previous roles at DFDS include Customs & Compliance Manager and Customs Expert. Prior to joining DFDS, Gislene worked at Transuniverse Forwarding from April 2015 to September 2018 in Customs Clearance, and held the position of Product Manager at Prime Interway from October 2009 to October 2011. Earlier experience at Prime Interway also includes a role in Customer Service - Quality from December 2007 to January 2009. Gislene Alves holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Antwerp and a Técnico degree in Mecatrônica from Colégio de Itajubá.
