Jakob Lynge

Jakob Lynge is a Senior Marine Superintendent at Marine Standards - DFDS A/S, where they oversee maritime operations. Previously, Jakob served as a Marine Superintendent at DFDS from 2013 to 2018 and worked as a Special Adviser and Principal Ship Surveyor at Søfartsstyrelsen from 2006 to 2013. Jakob's career began in the Royal Danish Navy as a Commanding Officer from 1995 to 1996, and they also held the position of Chief Officer at The Danish Directorate of Fisheries between 1996 and 2006. Jakob's education includes a Master Mariner degree from SIMAC and various certifications from FORCE Technology and Lloyds Register Marine Training Services.
