Jan Blak

Jan Blak is an experienced Project Superintendent at DFDS since December 2018, specializing in large upgrade projects and scrubber installations within the Technical Organization. Previously, from January 2009 to June 2018, Jan held various roles at Maersk Drilling, including Maintenance Supervisor and Technical Section Leader, overseeing maintenance and troubleshooting for complex technical systems on drilling rigs. With an extensive background in marine engineering, Jan has also worked in project management and engineering roles at Svendborg Ship Management AS, Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd., and C.C. Jensen A/S, among others. Jan holds a degree in Marine Engineering from SIMAC and additional education from Nakskov Maskinistskole.
