Justyna Hanys

Justyna Hanys is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in both soft and hard HR functions. Justyna has worked extensively in recruitment, employee motivation, training, and document management, while also advising managers and helping shape organizational personnel policies. Currently serving as an HR Manager (a.i.) at DFDS, Justyna has previously held roles across various organizations, such as Ekol Logistics and InterKadra, where they developed skills in employee development and compliance with labor regulations. Justyna holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2011.
