Kim Pinks has extensive experience in employment law and human resources, having held various senior positions at Peninsula UK from September 2020 to April 2022, including Corporate Team Manager, Senior Employment Law Consultant, and Lead Employment Law Business Partner. Prior to this, Kim worked at Tesco from July 2009 to September 2010, where roles included Service Manager and Personnel Manager. Most recently, Kim served as Regional HR Advisor and HR Operations Manager at DFDS from April 2022 to November 2022. Kim holds a Level 7 Award in Employment Law and a Master’s degree in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
