Lise Horup

Lise Horup currently serves as the Change Management Lead for Core Transformation & Integrations at DFDS since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lise held multiple positions at Dagrofa ApS from July 2016 to February 2023, including Senior Change Manager for both IT and HR, where responsibilities included change, communication, and stakeholder management to support the company's growth vision across numerous grocery stores. Lise’s extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Maersk Line from August 2007 to July 2016, where roles ranged from Business Change Authority Lead for the Connected Vessel Programme to Change Management and Communication Lead for a global Ship Management System project. An earlier career at Maersk included positions managing strategic projects and coordinating customer satisfaction surveys. Lise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on German from Aarhus University, completed in 2007.
