Steve Newbery

Steve Newbery possesses extensive experience in onboard services, retail, and hospitality management. Currently serving as the Director of Onboard Services at DFDS A/S since April 2023, Steve leads a diverse team across all passenger routes in the UK and Europe, overseeing areas such as hospitality, accommodation, travel retail, and onboard marketing. Previously, Steve held the position of On Board Commercial Director, managing food and beverage operations on Cross Channel Routes. Steve's earlier roles include Food Beverage and Retail Manager at Center Parcs, Area Manager at The Spirit Group, and General Manager at multiple establishments for The Spirit Group/Scottish Newcastle, where responsibilities encompassed high-revenue operations across various sites. Education was completed at Wootton Bassett School.
