Tom Bishop

Tom Bishop is an IT Support Engineer at DFDS since March 2024, with a robust background in configuration and application management. At A.P. Moller - Maersk from August 2016 to August 2023, Tom served as Configuration Manager, leading CMDB onboarding projects alongside the Mergers and Acquisitions team, and also held the position of Service Transition Manager, where responsibilities included strategizing change, release, and configuration processes. Tom's earlier experience includes managing global applications at Damco between May 2010 and February 2016, as well as serving in various information systems roles at the UK Ministry of Defence from January 1999 to July 2008. Tom holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Huntingdonshire Regional College, earned from 1996 to 1998.
