Tommy Schouw

Tommy Schouw is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive managerial experience, currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at DFDS since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tommy held various positions at Infare from July 2017 to May 2024, including Senior Software Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing direct reports across multiple roles and overseeing the software delivery pipeline. Additional leadership roles included Head Of Development and Team Lead Manager, focusing on the engineering department's overall structure. Earlier experience includes serving as a Backend Architect and Team Lead at Nota, and roles at Infare, Lattec I/S, Blue Ocean Venture Company, Milcom, Netcompany, The Society for Danish Language and Literature, and Orion Information Services.
