Lara Schmid is an accomplished engineering manager at DFINITY, having held various roles since November 2020, including team lead for Governance & Formal Methods and senior researcher. Prior to DFINITY, Lara Schmid earned a PhD in Information Security from ETH Zurich, where responsibilities included serving as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and master's level courses from 2015 to 2020.
