Aleksandr Sidorenko

Researcher

Aleksandr Sidorenko is an experienced researcher and software developer with a strong background in industrial automation and control systems. Currently serving as a Researcher at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since June 2020, Aleksandr focuses on Multi-Agent Systems and Holonic Manufacturing Systems. Simultaneously, Aleksandr has been contributing to the Technologie-Initiative SmartFactory KL e.V. since June 2018, working on CPS-based modular production lines and concepts such as OPC UA and Plug and Produce. Prior to these roles, Aleksandr held various positions in software development, including Senior Software Engineer at B&R Industrial Automation and Software Engineer at GEA Group, along with a role as Software Developer at IS101 GmbH. Aleksandr holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Electronics and a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Control from Ivanovo State Power University, completed between 2000 and 2006.
