Ivan Bergonzani

Ivan Bergonzani is an Early Stage Researcher at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since June 2022, with prior experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Inria from October 2019 to May 2022, where software development focused on humanoid robot whole body control and teleoperation, particularly with the Talos robot from PAL Robotics. Earlier, Ivan completed an internship involving the study and development of a parallel and stochastic optimizer for robot control with non-linear task objectives and constraints. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Sapienza Università di Roma (2016-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Parma (2013-2016).
