Kartik Chari is a Robotics Researcher at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since June 2022, with prior experience as an Engineering Consultant in Software Development at CLEEVEN Sc and a HIL Test Engineer at Volvo Cars. Kartik completed a master's degree in Systems, Control, and Robotics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Notable projects include modeling the dynamics of an autonomous truck during a master's thesis at Scania Sverige and contributing to the Driverless Navigation and Control Team at KTH Formula Student, achieving a top 10 finish at Formula Student Germany. Kartik has also held research and leadership roles at various organizations, including Project MANAS and Continental, where skills in control algorithms and robotics were honed.
