Michael Feld is a researcher at the German Research Center for AI (DFKI) in the Automotive Group, where the focus is on non-intrusive user modeling for personalized in-car services, linked to the PhD topic titled "A Speaker Classification Framework for Non-intrusive User Modeling on the Example of Personalized In-Car Services." Previous experience includes a position as a visiting researcher at ICSI in July 2007. Michael Feld obtained a Dr.-Ing. degree in Computer Science from Universität des Saarlandes between 2008 and 2011, following a Diploma (M.Sc.) in Computer Science and Economics from the same institution from 2000 to 2005. Academic foundations were laid at Von der Leyen-Gymnasium Blieskastel, culminating in the achievement of an Abitur with a focus on Mathematics, English, and German.
