Brice Hill

Brice Hill was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Applied Materials, Inc. in March 2022.

Mr. Hill is a semiconductor industry veteran with more than 30 years’ experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, global operations and strategy. Prior to joining Applied, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Xilinx, Inc. until its acquisition by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

Mr. Hill previously served at Intel Corporation for 25 years including as CFO and Chief Operating Officer of the Technology, Systems and Core Engineering Group responsible for Intel’s manufacturing, R&D and product engineering. He formerly served as Corporate Vice President of Intel’s Corporate Strategy and Business Unit Finance with responsibility across data center, PC and IoT products.

Prior to Intel, Mr. Hill worked at General Motors Corporation in various finance positions. He earned his MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Michigan and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Washington.
