Donald Brouwer

Donald Brouwer has had a varied career in the tech and sailing industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Windsurf Instructor at Sailing school Oer't Hout, a position they held until 2010. In 2010, they took on the role of Operations Manager at the same school, a part-time position they held until 2016. In 2016, they moved to Zettle by PayPal, where they held the roles of Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager. In 2018, they joined PayPal, where they held the roles of Head of Partnerships, SMB InStore - Europe, Market Development Lead, Partnership Manager, and Sr. Business Manager. In 2021, they joined Pavilion as a Member. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of Business Development at Dfns, a cybersecurity company.

Donald Brouwer has an extensive educational background. Donald obtained a VWO degree from Scholengemeenschap Pantarijn in 2009, after studying Nature and Science, Nature and Health. In 2015-2016, they participated in the Erasmus program at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid. Donald then pursued an MSc in Management (part time) at Nyenrode Business University from 2018-2020. In 2019, they also took part in a Guest student program at Renmin University of China, focused on International Business. In addition, Donald Brouwer has obtained three certifications: Rising Executives from Pavilion in April 2022, Partnership Fundamentals from Sales Impact Academy in February 2022, and Revenue Architecture from Winning by Design in December 2021.
