Sofiane Elhadri

Sofiane Elhadri is a Business Tech Leader currently serving as Director of Transformation & Merchandising Planning Tech at DFS Group Limited, where they direct the Xcelerate business transformation program. Prior to this, Sofiane co-founded and managed AS DIGITAL, a cross-border digital consultancy. Their extensive experience includes roles at Capgemini, where they significantly increased revenue, and at APM Monaco, where they launched comprehensive digital programs. Sofiane holds multiple degrees, including two Master’s Degrees from KEDGE Business School and ESIEE-IT.
