Layal Mardini

Layal Mardini, FRM, is a Senior Manager at the Dubai Financial Services Authority, where they have been since 2022. Previously, Layal held several roles at HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd, including Premier Relationship Manager and Financial Planning Advisor, and served as the Deputy Division Head of the Financial Control Unit at the Capital Markets Authority in Lebanon from 2015 to 2022. Layal earned an MBA from the American University of Beirut in 2011 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. They are currently pursuing further education at ESA.
