Carlene Mott

Carlene Mott serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Four C's Senior Care LLC since February 2012, overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility while directing company goals and initiatives. In addition, Carlene is a DOL VETS TAP Facilitator, collaborating with the Department of Labor to support retiring service members through workshops and programs, especially benefiting Veterans and seniors. With a strong background in education, Carlene works as a Psychology Testing Coordinator at Chesapeake Public Schools and as a Home Bound Teacher and Guest Teacher at Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Other roles include counseling adolescents at Intercept Youth Services, providing behavioral therapy as a Registered Behavioral Tech at Butterfly Effects, and serving as a Direct Support Professional at Hope House Foundation. Carlene’s extensive experience also includes administrative roles at Sentara Healthcare and community advocacy as Director of Diversity Poet Educators. Education includes attendance at Capella University, Tidewater Community College, ITT Technical Institute, Molloy University, and LIU Brooklyn.
