Victor Castrillo

Victor Castrillo is a seasoned Training Analyst and Developer at Northrop Grumman Technical Services since July 2008, specializing in the Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) for the Intelligence Center of Excellence. Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise and developing effective training strategies that align with Army doctrine and requirements. Prior to this role, Victor Castrillo served in Military Intelligence for the US Army from May 1982 to December 2007. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Florida Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, and a BA in Natural Science from the University of South Florida. Additionally, Victor attended the Inter-American Defense College.
