Dalia Powers

Dalia Powers currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Digital, Data, and Analytics at Humana, focusing on enhancing health outcomes through innovative technology platforms. Prior to this role, Dalia held leadership positions at USAA as the CIO of Enterprise Technology Solutions and Regional Vice President for Dallas, and at Capital One as the CIO/CTO of Auto Finance, where application migration to AWS was achieved.
