Thomas Schuldt

Thomas Schuldt is the VP of Business Development and Strategy at DG Matrix, where they lead efforts to revolutionize clean, secure power technologies for AI datacenters, microgrids, and EV charging. Previously, they served as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on electric mobility and decarbonization strategies, and also held roles in promoting plastic circular economy practices at WWF and co-founding PlasticLoop.eco. Thomas began their career as a Business Rotational Associate at NRG Energy and has extensive international experience across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. They hold a dual-degree in International Management and a master's degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, where they graduated as a Fulbright scholar.
