Led by Danielle Vallas and Gabriella Pelosi, D&G Wellness Consulting is the premier choice for corporations and schools seeking programming and professional development on a variety of wellness topics. With a combined 25 years of professional experience, we are Licensed Mental Health Counselors, passionate educators, and effective community presenters. Our in-depth and comprehensive programming is supported by specialized training and psychoeducation, as well as higher education/licensing.

We empower our clients with skills and tools to help them cultivate and sustain a culture of health and wellness for employees. Through our work, we create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and heard in their workplace. Our clients see improved recruitment, better retention, enhanced productivity, and increased job satisfaction from their employees. Our engaging, interactive presentations keep the audience involved and allow for meaningful dialogue.

In a corporate setting, our programming is designed to address and support the mental health and wellness of employees, addressing specific needs to strengthen the workforce on the whole. We also provide an answer to the unique needs of managers, offering programming designed to empower them to lead their teams with confidence for their well-being.

In a school setting, we address and support the mental health and wellness of employees and students, a holistic approach to education, retention/recruitment, prevention/early intervention, student outcomes/success, and the unique needs of athletics.

We share practical steps to put into use immediately, helping others make sense of wellness topics, why they matter, and how they help everyone. We have extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults and possess firsthand experience working in both settings.

We work with mid- to large-scale corporations, as well as schools serving grades PK-12 in public, private, and independent settings.
