Beth Busch

Beth Busch, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in military operations and training, currently serving as the Global Bulk Fuels Exercise Lead at D&G Support Services since May 2022. Prior to this role, Beth held various positions at Valiant Integrated Services and U.S. Transportation Command, including Deputy Division Chief and Joint Exercises Branch Chief in the J37 Joint Training and Readiness Division. With over 15 years of service in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Beth has demonstrated strong leadership in optimizing operations, managing complex projects, and enhancing team performance as a Master Trainer. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University.
