Lance Carpenter

Lance Carpenter is a Senior Strategist with extensive experience in National Security and Logistics. They previously served as the Director of the Joint Interagency Coordination Group and the Director of Strategic Communication at USTRANSCOM, as well as Chief of Maritime Law Enforcement at the 17th US Coast Guard District. Currently, Lance holds the position of Senior Advisor - Strategy and Implementation at D&G Solutions, where they assist in establishing USTRANSCOM's Global Bulk Fuel Management mission. They earned a BS in History/Government from the US Coast Guard Academy, an MPA from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Science in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
