Mark E. Tate is a seasoned program manager and owner of Transcendent Consulting, LLC, which specializes in leadership coaching and agile-based facilitation. They served as the DLA-Energy Director of Strategic Communications from 2017 to 2020, where they planned and integrated communications strategies for over 2,000 personnel. Additionally, Mark held various leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force, including Commander of the 748th Supply Chain Management Group and the 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron, overseeing hundreds of supply chain professionals and logistics operations. Currently, Mark is a fellow at Dog Tag Inc. and continues to work as a program manager at D&G Solutions. They are pursuing further education at Auburn University Harbert College of Business.
