Mark Pezold

Mark Pezold is a Senior Vice President and General Counsel currently at Affiliated Monitoring, where they have played a vital role in ensuring the safety of millions through advanced security and health monitoring systems. Previously, Mark served as Corporate Counsel at DGA Security, managing a range of business security solutions for diverse industries. They also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mark completed their J.D. at Boston College Law School and holds a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University.
