Mike Sause

Mike Sause has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Customer Care Lead at DGA Security since March 2012, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on client retention for 2800 accounts, collaborating on onboarding and application development, and optimizing customer experiences. Prior roles include hosting a trivia show with Sinclair Broadcast Group, acting in the Off-Broadway hit Drunk Shakespeare, and various sales roles with Vector Marketing, where achievements included generating significant sales and training new managers. Mike holds a B.A. in English and Communication Arts from Xavier University.
