Marlene Thorman

Marlene Thorman is a seasoned professional in the fields of sustainability, circular economy, and environmental management. Currently serving as Regionschef at DGE Danmark since August 2023, Marlene focuses on revenue planning and market opportunities. Prior to this role, Marlene held the position of Markedsudviklingschef at WSP Danmark from February 2022 to July 2023, where the emphasis was on customer-centric approaches to sustainable solutions. With extensive experience as a Direktør/Country Manager at Golder from August 2006 to February 2022, Marlene was responsible for financial oversight and staff management while also serving as a Project Manager for environmental projects. Marlene began their career at Falkenberg from 2002 to August 2006, where roles included Project Manager and Student Assistant. Marlene holds a Cand. Scient. in Geology from Københavns Universitet, obtained from 1998 to 2004.
