Mike Marsh has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Project Manager at DGI Communications since March 2022. In this role, they manage design build and bid spec AV projects in the commercial construction industry, creates project plans, and leads stakeholder meetings.
Prior to that, Mike worked at Biamp from 2018 to 2022, where they held various design engineer roles. As a Design Engineer 3, they produced $3 million worth of design opportunities and drafted sound masking layouts/wiring designs. As a Design Engineer 2, they created an international point of contact role and worked on international design projects. As a Design Engineer 1, previously at Cambridge Sound Management, they interpreted construction drawings and specifications, set up project parameters, and achieved a 108% on their annual review.
Before joining Biamp, Mike worked as a Research Assistant at the University of South Florida from August 2016 to December 2016. In this role, they conducted biomedical research, executed mechanical experiments, and analyzed data.
Additionally, Mike has experience as a Direct Sales Associate at Vivint in 2014 and as a Construction Management Intern at JMC Communities in 2013.
Mike Marsh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. In December 2020, they obtained the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA. Mike is also currently pursuing the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
