Mandy Brand

Mandy Brand is an experienced customer service professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at DGI Supply since October 2021, Mandy previously held the position of CSR at the same company from April 2014 to May 2018. Prior experience includes a role in customer service at Cunningham Supply from August 2003 to April 2014 and various positions at Portage Lakes Rootbeer from 1996 to 2006, where family ownership allowed for a comprehensive understanding of operations. Additionally, Mandy worked as a substitute teacher for Manchester Local Schools between 2001 and 2003. Mandy holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History, earned from The Ohio State University and The University of Akron.
