Kim Tichmann

Kim Tichmann is currently the Data & Product Strategy Lead for ECD Connect at the DG Murray Trust, where they focus on data strategy and user experience for Early Childhood Development digital platforms. They began their career in UX research and design, later transitioning into business analysis to enhance organizational processes. Previously, Kim served as a Senior Policy Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and worked with Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) Africa. Kim holds a Master's Degree in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Harvard University. Their passion lies in education, policy, research, causal inference, and technology.
