Peter Sumser

Peter Sumser has extensive experience in the construction and agriculture sectors, beginning as a Geselle and later becoming a Meister at Leonhard Paul GmbH from August 1997 to January 2000. Since 2005, Peter has been self-employed as a Land- und Forstwirt, managing a small agricultural operation of 72 hectares, including 56 hectares of forestry. Peter held various roles in the construction industry, including Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst at Beck+Heun GmbH and Außendiensttechniker at WERU from February 2012 to December 2021, overseeing operations in specific postal regions and parts of France. Most recently, Peter has served in quality assurance roles at Sentinel Haus Institut and currently as technical director at Sentinel Holding Institut GmbH, with ongoing responsibilities in certification and course content at DGNB German Sustainable Building Council since March 2025. Peter also completed coursework at DGNB Akademie in 2023.
