Peter Voit

Peter Voit is an accomplished professional in sustainable building design and engineering, currently serving as a Lecturer at USI Università della Svizzera italiana since October 2020. Voit has extensive experience as an Auditor for the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council since 2012 and a Dipl.-Ing. project manager at Transsolar KlimaEngineering since 1992. Voit was previously a Senior Lecturer at Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart from 2011 to 2017, focusing on master's students in sustainable building design. Voit also co-founded Transsolar Inc., serving as the first CEO, COO, and CFO from 2006 to 2010, and held positions at The City College of New York and Transsolar Energietechnik GmbH. Voit's academic background includes a Dipl.-Ing. degree in cars and energy systems from the University of Stuttgart, contributing to expertise in passive solar systems and sustainable technologies.
