DGP Company specializes in staff development and training for professional services firms.

Our clients seek help with education and awareness strategies, stakeholder management, communication, and the conceptualization and design of fantastic training events. Not every development need requires a classroom and we create the right solution for your situation. Template training is dead.

Our strengths are absolutely-not-tired workshop designs, super-useful instructor guides and sexy course materials. We love creating fun elearning courses and facilitating workshops that wow.

At our most basic, we help learners and clients embed sustainable, positive change in their lives and workplaces.

Our consultancy has extensive expertise in training on accounting and auditing methodology, and developing interpersonal skills. DGP Creative owner, Dakin Parker, is building off ten years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a financial statement auditor, internal faculty, instructional designer and global program leader.

Our mission is to provide excellence in developing and delivering a training end-product (virtual, classroom or blended) to all staff levels across technical and professional skills areas.

We do this by:
1. Creating the space and structure for talent to thrive in.
2. Nurturing ability, sharing knowledge, developing skills and igniting passion.
3. Energizing collectives of people and building communities.
