Serap GEZER

Serap Gezer is currently serving as the Human Resources Group Manager at Dgpays Group, where they oversee various HR functions and strategies. They have extensive experience in human resources, having held positions such as Human Resources Manager at i2i Systems and Senior Human Resources Manager at Dgpays. Serap began their career as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist at Berlitz Language Center Istanbul and has since worked across multiple organizations, including Açı Schools and Senkron Yazılım, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and compliance. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Anadolu University.
