Andy Koob, PE is an experienced Project Manager/Engineer in the Electrical Power Department at DGR Engineering. With a background in electrical engineering from South Dakota State University, Andy has worked on various projects for both municipals and investor-owned utilities. Prior to DGR Engineering, Andy was an Electrical Engineer at Burns & McDonnell, specializing in medium and low voltage designs for oil refineries and food processing plants in the Process & Industrial Division.
