Noha Badry is a Senior Technical Recruiter and Team Lead in Technical Recruitment at DGTEC, where they specialize in building strong relationships with clients and candidates. They began their career in technical recruitment, driven by a passion for Human Resources Management. Noha has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems & Computer Science from Helwan University Cairo and completed a Diploma in Developing the HR Professional from RITI in October 2022. Previously, they have held senior recruitment roles at Andalusia Group for Medical Services and A1softech, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and developed human resource strategies.
