Kelli Walsh

After an extensive career in HR at a range of companies spanning both regional, global, public and private organizations, Kelli Walsh chose to join the D&H team in 2012. She originally served as Senior Director, Human Resources, and was later named Vice President, Human Resources in 2017. As Chief People Officer (CPO), Kelli's responsibilities include all "people-related" tasks and procedures, including a focus on recruitment, compensation, benefits and wellness, training and development, employee engagement and payroll services.

She brings D&H 20 years of experience in Human Resources, hailing from a range of industries such as manufacturing & distribution, industrial services and grocery retail. She has overseen human resources departments for small, private offices as well teams across the U.S. and Canada for larger public organizations.
