Hayden Thomas is the Founder and CEO of Paird, a position held since 2018, and serves on the Board of Directors for Ribon Gum Private Limited and UV Health Group. With extensive experience at Intel Corporation from 1982 to 2006, Hayden held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Co-Director of the Corporate Platform Office. Additionally, Hayden was the CHRO and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at LSI Corporation from 2012 to 2014, and currently participates as a member of the Board of Advisors for Interject Data Systems, Inc. Hayden earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Portland.
