Daniel Mitchell has significant experience in various roles focused on business processes, client development, and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Process Analyst and Trainer at DHA, Daniel oversees the distribution of $4 million in rental assistance through the CARES Act and $18 million through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program, while leading a team of Housing Navigators and Eligibility Specialists. Previous experience includes a New Client Development Specialist position at TD Ameritrade, where Daniel assisted clients in account openings and ensured compliance with regulations, as well as a role as a Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator, helping participants achieve self-sufficiency. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Midwestern State University, where earlier education was also completed with a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
