David Storms

David Storms is the Chief Administrative Officer at DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas, where they oversee operations to ensure the agency's mission of providing affordable housing and access to resources. Previously, David served as the Regional Environmental Officer at HUD and held various roles, including Facilities Management Specialist and Division Director at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Their earlier experience includes work as a Transportation Planning Intern at Parsons Brinckerhoff and Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. David earned a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Historical and Political Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu, along with a Graduate Business Certificate in Horse Racing Industry Business from the University of Louisville.
