The ancient Vedic idea of 'dharma' signifies the quest for a universal truth, self-understanding, and the pursuit of purpose. 
At the Dharma Initiative, we take a two pronged approach to the search of, and service by, dharma: on one hand, we empower youth to discover their untapped potential and embody their dharma. On the other, we hold a breadth of Patrons who share their lived dharma. Cohesively, we cultivate the leaders of tomorrow, through the inpirational support of our leaders of today. 

We are a collective of young people and industry luminaries converging for one shared objective: to achieve success in the service of others, by becoming the best that we can be.
