Grounded in ancient wisdom and dedicated to holistic wellbeing, the Dharmakaya Center for Wellbeing provides programs designed to awaken both the mind and the body. Our wide range of classes are designed for and open to students at all levels. They include mindfulness and meditation practice, yoga and nutrition, and teachings and retreats for both secular students and serious Buddhist practitioners, all incorporating a unique blend of Eastern spirituality and Western understanding. 

The stunning 90-acre campus, set on a hilltop in historic Cragsmoor, New York, includes a meditation hall, library, dining hall, store, and two residence halls, as well as outdoor patios and paths for walking meditation. The Center is a place of peace, ease and elegant simplicity, where spiritual energy resonates, a sense of structure creates calm, and service is joyful, attentive and unobtrusive.

The Dharmakaya Center for Wellbeing opened in July 2017 and is incorporated as a nonprofit in the State of New York.
