Andrés Barentin

Andrés Barentin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of sustainable mobility and electrical engineering. Currently serving as an Ambassador for CharIN e.V. since September 2023, Barentin is also the CEO and Owner of Dhemax Ingenieros SpA, a position held since March 2005. Previously, Barentin held leadership roles such as Presidente of the Asociación de Vehículos Eléctricos de Chile A.G. and ALAMOS - Asociación Latinoamericana de Movilidad Sostenible, as well as serving as Director of the Comisión Normativa Técnica for the Asociación Latinoamericana de Movilidad Sostenible. Barentin's experience includes a tenure as Executive Director at Instituto Internacional de Innovación Aysén-Patagonia from June 2015 to December 2018 and as Director of an electronic event sponsorship at Universidad Santa María. Barentin earned an Ingeniero Civil Electrónico degree from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2005.
