Daniel Caichac is a Senior Metocean Engineer at DHI, with extensive experience in coastal engineering and modeling. Daniel previously worked as a Senior Coastal Engineer at PRDW Consulting and as a Coastal Engineering Consultant at Ausenco. Holding both a BSc in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Chile and an MSc in Coastal Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, Daniel has actively contributed to projects involving MetOcean data analysis, hydrodynamic modeling, and GIS analyses. Daniel's background also includes roles as a Hydraulic Engineer at Golder Associates and a Research Assistant at Deltares, where they conducted research for their master's thesis.
