Jenn Wei Er

Jenn Wei Er is currently the Head of Projects at DHI, bringing extensive experience in marine engineering and project management. They previously held roles as Team Lead and Deputy Head of Department at DHI, as well as a Project Officer and Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, where they investigated sediment behavior and established a disposal model. Jenn's early career included an industrial attachment at REC, where they contributed to health and safety initiatives, and a position as an Intellectual Property Analyst at Panasonic R&D Center Singapore. They earned a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
