Yan Chen

Head Of Customer Care - East Team at DHI Group

Yan Chen has over 15 years of work experience at DHI. Starting in 2003, Yan worked as a Sales and Support specialist, providing administrative sales support, training local offices, coordinating sales campaigns, and offering technical support for installation issues. Yan also served as a Chinese-English translator for high-ranking Chinese delegations and translated technical documents internally and externally. From 2019 to present, Yan has been the Head of Customer Care for the East team at DHI.

Yan Chen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General from Tongji University, from 1999 to 2003.
